Great prices terrible customer service. Was not able to make a change to my order after two measly hours. Customer service rep told me she would call me back but never did. I had to call mononprice back only to discover that since package was already “supposedly packed there was nothing they could do to stop the order.

I have been very satisfied with the products and service provided by monoprice.com. I have only bought from them on 2 occasions and my experience has been very good with ease of ordering (online), prompt email notification, order status tracking and finally the quality of good. I will most certainly buy from them again in future.

Monoprice sells a quality HDMI cable at an outstanding price. Why waste $100 or more on a name brand cable? I used this cable to connect my hd cable box to my lcd and the effect was staggering. Picture and sound both far exceed those I got when using coax. Monoprice exceeded my expectations and I will definitely use them again and recommend to my friends.
