					<description>DO NOT BUY FROM eCOST.com. The customer service is non existent.  I have been waiting four months for a $450.00 refund. They finally acknowledged after three months, that they owe me the money, but for whatever reason, they still haven't sent my refund. Every time I call to follow-up, I get a very unhelpful, uncaring person, who wastes my time. 

Whatever small savings you might receive by ordering from e.COST.com, it is not worth it! Just say no to eCOST!!!!!!</description>
