When I started my Media company, I knew that I would need a quality phone service in order to keep in touch with my clients and to keep them happy. I started looking at the local provider level, but found that they could not answer any of my questions or really provide me any service. I had to start looking into another solution. Then I remembered that a friend referred me to VOIP phone systems. I thought that I would give it a try. Well, I didn’t think that there would be that many providers, but I was wrong. It has taken some time to figure out which one will be good enough to meet my needs.
After trying out a few services, I finally have come across Packet 8 Internet Phone Service. It has all the great features just like any professional series phone and comes with their broadband phone adapter. This allows it to work flawlessly with your internet connection. The great thing is that I can get a virtual attendant with the phone that will transfer calls to my home or cell phone and still keeping the call professional sounding. I know that this will be the solution for my company. But do not think that this is all that they offer because it is what fits my company, but they many other service options as well. Their service options range from unlimited extensions to full phone systems that include everything a business needs to compete. So if your business is in need of a quality phone system, do not go with local companies because most will not be able to compete with Packet 8. Check them out!
